CONDO INSURANCE - You may insure the inside of the unit with a separate policy. The condominium complex should have its own master insurance policy covering the outside of the property.
The Association Documents detail items such as rental policy, maintenance fees, pet restrictions, association fees, parking space, use of boat slips, community boat ramps, pool etc. We will review the documents with you in advance and see that all questions are answered.
